Beckman Coulter is a world leader in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) industry. The company is licensing the VNC SDK to create its own VNC Viewer for iOS, which will enable its technical support representatives to take control of their customers’ systems remotely from an iPad or iPhone, enabling reps the flexibility to use the technology both in the field and onsite.
