As an OEM partner, we encourage you to license our technology for inclusion as a value-add for your product or service. We extend the VNC Enterprise Edition functionality to our OEMs, giving you the full power of our flagship product, leveraged as part of your own solution.
RealVNC is the only organization able to offer a commercial license to embed VNC in third-party products and offerings. Many OEM arrangements are already in place, and RealVNC has considerable experience in assisting OEM customers to embed VNC in software and hardware products.

Licensing
We recognize that our OEM partners do business in different ways and, as such, we can be flexible on our licensing arrangements. Whether you are looking for a pay-as-you-go royalty arrangement, a one-off purchase of an unlimited license, staged bulk license purchases, or something we haven't thought of yet, we'd love to hear from you!
Typical Arrangement
Typically we ask that OEMs provide quarterly manufacturing or usage reports showing the number of licenses consumed, with an accompanying Purchase Order for any royalties due.
