Product Support Engineer

The role

The Product Support team provides outstanding technical support to customers who need help using our products and services.  We are looking for a committed and passionate Product Support Engineer to join the team.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to take an active role in providing first class support to our global customer base. You will own the customer’s issue from beginning to end and, working with other Engineering teams as necessary, get them up and running as quickly as possible.

You

  • work in a technical role supporting users of applications or software-as-a-service 
  • are comfortable supporting users via ticketing system, live chat and telephone
  • are looking for the next step in your career with a fast-moving organisation
  • have a good working knowledge of one or more major platforms (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux)  
  • relish the opportunity to learn new skills and technologies
  • enjoy solving problems
  • have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • are a team-player but can work on your own initiative as necessary

This is a full time post, but we believe in a healthy work/life balance, so it’s 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday) on a 9am-9pm shift rota, although flexibility may sometimes be required.
