The role

Reporting to the HR Manager, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator to join our successful Team. Providing high level recruitment support to RealVNC, this role is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in recruitment. This will be a challenging and varied role with great learning opportunities. You’ll manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including but not limited to; candidate sourcing using a range of methods (advertising, LinkedIn Groups, Meet-ups, Grad Fairs, relationship building, full social media sourcing suite), organising interviews and relevant materials, conducting phone screenings and f2f interviews, managing the full onboarding process, managing the recruitment budget and all relative recruitment metrics, working with HR Manager and Team Leads to develop a new enhanced and streamlined recruitment strategy and manage all recruitment related projects.

You

  • are educated to degree level 
  • have previous experience in an recruitment role 
  • have experience in developing and managing recruitment campaigns 
  • have local employment market knowledge and familiarity with labour market statistics 
  • have advanced IT skills, including experience of working with Microsoft Office and Outlook 
  • are confident in developing, analyzing and maintaining databases 
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • are confident managing multiple tasks, using initiative and judgement to take ownership for their successful completion
  • have the ability to confidently build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels 
  • have a professional, proactive, friendly and flexible approach to your work 
  • have a keen interest in developing your career in recruitment

Anything else?

  • Previous experience with an ATS (applicant tracking system) would be desirable 
  • Previous experience working in the IT / software or related industry would be desirable 
  • Previous experience managing a budget would be desirable
