\u00a0Qtrac is a leading provider of queue management and appointment scheduling technology, helping millions of people around the globe have better customer experiences in the retail, healthcare, education, and public service sectors.\u00a0<\/p>

Their customers depend on Qtrac in their daily activity. Therefore, any system downtime comes with significant disruption. And, consequently, a poor customer experience. Considering their important mission of serving customers that are in a rush, everything needs to work without a hitch. 28 stations and 2600 staff are dispersed across the country’s roads. They needed a solution capable of supporting them all in real time, irrespective of location.\u00a0<\/p>
