Network access requirementsΒΆ

Computers and devices running VNC Connect must be able to access RealVNC services at the locations in the table below. If a proxy or firewall is blocking outgoing communications, cloud connections cannot be established.

Note

Access to these services is not required if you have an Enterprise subscription and establish direct connections only, or if you are using VNC 5.x.

If you are sure you have access but cloud connectivity does not appear to work, check our service status page.
