What do I choose when I buy?

When you purchase a Professional or Enterprise subscription, you choose to add capabilities: either device access, instant support, or both.

  • To add device access, select a tier of remote computers in step 2.

  • To add instant support, select a number of technicians in step 3.


You can add capacity to an existing subscription at any time from the Billing page of your RealVNC account as your remote access needs change or grow. You don’t need to take out a new subscription.
