How do I renew a subscription?

There’s no need to renew a Home subscription. Just adhere to the T&Cs and make sure you use remote access for non-commercial purposes only.

By default, Professional and Enterprise subscriptions auto-renew. We’ll remind you by email in plenty of time that we’re going to take payment.


You can turn auto-renew off on the Billing page of your RealVNC account, but please make sure you renew in time or remote access will stop.

You only need re-apply your subscription in certain circumstances. Most of the time, we’ll handle licensing automatically for you.
