How do I name a technician?ΒΆ

If you have instant support as part of your Professional or Enterprise subscription, you must name at least one team member as a technician on the People page of your RealVNC account.


If you have a trial, you (as team owner) are automatically named as team technician.

A technician can sign in to VNC Viewer and start a support session to a computer that does not, or cannot, have VNC Connect installed.
