Terms and Conditions for the Your Reward is Just a Registered Deal Away! (\u201cProgram\u201d)<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Defined terms in these terms and conditions have the same meaning as terms set out in Eligibility Criteria & Process section of the Program description.<\/p>

Who we are:<\/strong> RealVNC Ltd, Edinburgh House, St John\u2019s Innovation Park, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS.<\/p>

  1. Program Period and Threshold:
    1. The Program Period will commence at 00:01 on 1 May 2025 and close at 23:59 on 31 July 2025. RealVNC reserves the right to end the Program earlier and or to extend it at its sole discretion.<\/li>
    2. For the New Business to be eligible it must meet the Registration criteria.<\/li>
    3. Program is available to all RealVNC\u2019s partners who Register the New Business by the end of the Program Period.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
    4. The New Business received after the Program Period will be invalid, but RealVNC can still make use of the New Business submission.<\/li>
    5. RealVNC will not accept:
      1. responsibility for entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or<\/li>
      2. proof transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Program.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
      3. Reward:
        1. Once the New Business has been processed the Sales Rep (who submitted the New Business) will receive the Reward. RealVNC does not accept any responsibility if the Sales Rep is not able to take up the Reward.<\/li>
        2. The Reward is $\/\u20ac\/\u00a3 100 Amazon voucher.<\/li>
        3. There is no limit on how many New Businesses can be submitted and\/or how many Amazon vouchers can be won by any Partner\/ Sales Rep.<\/li>
        4. Rewards are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the Reward.<\/li><\/ol><\/li>
        5. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Sales Rep and deliver the Amazon voucher. If the Sales Rep cannot be contacted or is not available, we reserve the right to offer the Reward to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the end of the Program Period.<\/li>
        6. All New Business submitted, and any accompanying material submitted will become the property of RealVNC on receipt and will not be returned.<\/li>
        7. We will only process personal information as set out in our privacy policy<\/a>.<\/li>
        8. The Program is governed by English law.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
