Purchasing
Purchases on account must be settled within 30 days. RealVNC reserves the right to add late payment and interest charges on the balance of any outstanding accounts.
Refunds
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all products except for software which has been downloaded.
All other refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
