Unanswered support emails

We aim to answer every support request within 1 working day, and most requests are answered much faster than this. If you have not received a response to your request after this period, please check the email address you entered on the support form. This is the address we will reply to, and if it is misspelled, or corresponds to an account that has been closed or is over quota, then you will not receive the reply. We have no way of contacting you in this situation.

To verify the email address you've given us, send yourself an email. Alternatively, resubmit the request with a different email address (support customers, you must use the email address you supplied when you bought the software, but you can ask for a different address to be CC'd or for the email address associated with your account to be changed).
