VNC Configuration Problem

With no supporting details it's hard to diagnose the problem. I've
encountered this problem myself when connecting from a Windows client
running RealVNC to a WS2008 machine running TightVNC.

Are you connecting across different Oses or are you using a combination of
RealVNC and TightVNC / Chicken of the VNC / UltraVNC etc? What are your
devices? What are your security settings?
