VNC disconnects

Good morning.
I'm having the following problem.
I try to connecto to a remote PC by using REAL VNC, after entering IP and 
password I can see the Windows login mask, but when I click on the account icon 
and submit the password, VNC disconnects.
The same happens if the remote user is working : when I connect to the remote 
PC the user will be disconnected and Windows shows the login mask (with all the 
icons for each user).
Is there any workaround ?
