Question on port forwarding

I have two routers in my configuration
Router #1
Internet to WAN
LAN for local business
Router #2
LAN from Router #1 to WAN Router #2
LAN Router #2 to private network with in business Lan
 
Router # 1
Internet IP 71.189.120.173
LAN IP 192.168.1.1
LAN IP Asignments .2-254
 
Router #2
WAN IP 192.168.1.7
LAN IP 193.170.1.1
LAN IP Asignments .2-254
 
On Router #1
I have port forwarding of 5800 to 5800 to IP 192.168.1.7
I have port forwarding of 5900 to 5900 to IP 192.168.1.7
 
On Router #2
I have port forwarding of 5800 to 5800 to IP 193.170.1.1
I have port forwarding of 5900 to 5900 to IP 193.170.1.1
 
I have VNC Server running on 193.170.1.1
 
So on the internet I should have my client http://71.189.120.173:5800
 
is this correct?
