Errors 10054 and 10060

Hi all,

while trying to connect to two different PCs (which I call A and B) I am told 
by VNC that there is:

 -Error 10054 (connection reset by peering) for PC A
 -Error 10060 (timeout).


Strangely, I can ping both IP addresses of these PCs. Which could be the 
reason of  these failed connections?
