RealVNC 4.4 Configuration setup problem

I'm running 3 PC's using Real VNC Personal edition 4.4 . All running in
Service Mode. Problem is when I go in and setup the configuration for each
server, click apply and then click OK when finished. I close the setup
window. The VNC icon is present in the task tray . I can connect fine to
the host computers  which I'm running EggPlant Automated Test SW.  However
when I go in and check on the configurations again. The changes that I made
and accepted went back to their default settings.  Is there a way for me to
make the changes I selected stay to the options I had selected?  Is there
anything thing I can change on the expert tab for each setup?


Does anyone have an answer!
