Issue logging onto VNC Server

Hi all,
     I have installed the VNC server on my Linux box.
I am trying to access this from my windows box with VNC Viewer. 
 
I am able to login with password, but I get a grey screen with only 3 options below:
 
Accept Clipboard from viewers
Send Clipboard to Viewers
Send primary selection to viewers
 
These 3 options are also having a check box.
 
Can some one please with this?
