Two computers with same IP

Satbir,
I have the same kind of setup at home. You have to set up your local
machines ( 192.168.1.64 and 192.168.1.65 ) to use a unique VNC screen
number.
Thus..
VNC1 Port could be 5901 (or screen :1 under Linux)
VNC2 Port could be 5902 (or screen :2 under Linux)
    etc

You then program your 2Wire router to forward
    port calls 5901 and 5801 to 192.168.1.64 (Win2000)
port calls 5902 and 5802 to 192.168.1.65 (WinXP)

As result, you do not need to have separate public IP addresses.
