[question] Is there any tool that I am looking for?

Dear, all. This is Jeong-ho, Lee from Korea.
I have a question that might be heard stupid. I am looking for a tool like ...
(hard to describe)

What I want to do is to make a new application that consists of functions from
other applications by pulling only GUIs out from those applications. The new
application does not have any functional module but only have GUIs. VNC
allows us to control a remote computer by its GUI. What I looking for is
similar. In stead of showing whole GUI of a computer, is it possible that only
an application or a port of its GUI can be shown by any VNC-like tool?

If the VNC-like tool exists, don't you think it is possible to build a new
application by putting simply other applications' GUI together?

What do you think? Do you think my dream has a chance to come true?
is there any one knows that The VNC-like tool exits? Or, it is just dream?
I would like to hear any comments from you.
