I've no idea what the future plans are for RealVNC releases.  A quick
search online would suggest that UltraVNC have released Vista compatible
versions - last I read it wasn't strictly compatible with VNC (some of
the connection methods used different IDs) but if you use the UltraVNC
server and client then you'll be okay.
