I am _far_ from expert, but I suspect that Apple's Remote Desktop may be 
somewhat feature limited.  You may want to try the RealVNC Mac Enterprise 
Server on a trial basis, and see if it offers what you need.

I've also heard good things about 'Vine Server' for Mac.
