you will need to tell the hub/router where to send the port 5900 request
it would just be dropped right now

follow the instructions to forward the request from the hub/router

www.portforward.com has guides for many hubs/routers and vnc
don't forget your windows firewall need to have an exception
depending on your virus or firewall software they may need adjustments too
