VNC Viewer Timeout

Hi,



I am using Real VNC Free edition on a pc to view and monitor a machine
in a factory within in the same network.

I need the viewer on pretty much the entire day, but I see after roughly
30 - 40 minutes the viewer loses its connection. The timing is regular
at these intervals.  And it is driving me nuts.

Can anyone shed some light on this please?
