Keyboard Question

When I run into problems with a keyboard using VNC
usually a Modifier Key os stuck on the keyboard I am logging into

I have found this by using keycaps to identify the stuck key in question
I have seen Shift Alt or Ctrl  syuck keys each give me  or my customers 
grief
