Free RealVNC Serves up a http page using Java from port :5800
so that someone with a web browser can follow a link
or you can send it in an email to someone

that way the user does not require vncviewer to be installed on their system

The http / java then redirects the request [using a Java viewer]

to port :5900

or you can use vncviewer to get to the viewer directly at x.x.x.x:5900

Java viewewer is always 100 less than the view port [for the FREE Version]
Please note that all of this information is available at the
www.realvnc.com website
