VNCVIEWER is is used outgoing to connect to another system running a server
used when the ports are setup so you can directly connect to the system
you want to watch or control
listening VNCVIEWER Accepts incoming connections
used when a firewall or something else is blocking your connection;
the system you will watch or control will call back to your listening
viewer on port 5500
you need to ensure firewalls are setup to allow the ports ;
typically listening viewer is when I can't adjust the remote system
firewalls
