Linux Black screen issues with VNC and Nautilus/Azureus?

Hi!
When I logon to my Yellow Dog Linux 5.0.2 running on PS3 through VNC, I get
black backgrounds on Nautilus so that I cant see the folder names. It also
happens in Azureus.
I have checked the log and it says " ERROR: Cannot Open File
/home/username/.e/e/applications/all/fonts.desktop "
