restricted access to server from PC with dynamic IP

Hi Mickey,
  thanks for your answer but I might have been unclear:

I want to attribute access rights to the server i.e. that only one 
particular client PC is allowed to connect. For example, in the 
server options dialog I can enter an IP address from which 
access is permitted e.g. "123.191.10.143" but e.g. 
"xyz.dyndns.org" does not work here. So I was wondering 
about another possibility.....
