restricted access to server from PC with dynamic IP

Hi,
   I want to restrict access to a VNC server via a single PC with 
dynamic IP. Is there a way of doing so? Certainly, in 
"connections" I can enter fixed IPs but how could I use e.g. 
"xyz.dynds.org"?
