VNC Sessions appears with "Black screen" when I shift VNC
Session from one monitor to another....

Yes exactly that what i meant to say. Is it possible to enlarge that VNC
session automatically when i move VNC client window to another monitor or
open the same VNC session from another machine having monitor size
different.
