Access Control Issue

Hi,
We have three PC's after a LinkSys router, they are port forwarded and work fine from any other PC with the IP address and password combo.
I am trying to set a list of PC's that can have access to these PC's.
The accept connection on port: is correct ie 5902 for the second PC.
The Java viewer setting is 5802.
I then set up the IP address in the 'Connections' tab, click the 'allow' option, I then click the 'Only accept connections from the local machine' option, and it's then that the problem occurs and I can't connect the PC that I'm after. If I don't click the Local machine option i'm OK.
Can anyone help please, is it the 'Local machine' bit thats the problem or something to do with the IP address and port forward settings?
thanks in advance
Garry
