Can not connect to a VNC Server - Update

    Oh I see.  You have two things to try:
1. since you restored from an image, check that you don't have firewall
restored in place.  Or make sure your firewall lets VNC work
2. uninstall and reinstall VNC.  Maybe some files were corrupted in the
image.
