Can not connect to a VNC Server

We can not connect to one of our VNC Servers.  This is the error message we get:

  This seems to have started since we upgraded the memory on this server.
   
  I have stopped and started the VNC Service and uninstalled and reinstalled the software but no luck.  I also check the firewall and it is turned off.
   
  Please let me know what i can do to resolve this.
