UltraVNC has a single click option that works on win32 systems (not sure
about others) that allows encryption and reverse connections through
firewalls...I have always found every vnc option to be lacking when it comes
to reverse connecting. The client just downloads a prebuilt exe file and you
run a listening version (with your firewall opening) and the client
automatically notifies you when they attempt to connect.

Subject: VNC for demoing a (web) app
For easy remote demoing of a (web) application, I'm looking for VNC software
with the following features:
* The connection should be encrypted, if possible.
* The client should be very easy to install, on Windows systems, on
MACs, and on LINUX systems. Furthermore, the client should be
available free of charge.
* The server must be able to run on an i386 UNIX (LINUX, FreeBSD,
whatever).
* Shared connections should be possible.
Any idea what software meets my demands?
I guess that TightVNC may be an option, if I go without encryption.
TightVNC via SSH would be too hard to set up on the client side, for people
who don't know that technology. I also had a look at RealVNC Server
Edition. However, it doesn't seem to be for me: The client is not free (if
encryption is needed), and the Personal edition only runs on Windows.
