VNC cannot be removed.

On XP Systems, VNC v3.3.3 r9 does not show in ADD/REMOVE such that it
can be removed.

On one occasion, did not see it as shown by "Name" listing, but did see
it listed under "Date Last Used".

Otherwise, cannot "See" VNC to remove it cleanly. . . . . ??????
