RealVNC Newbie

I have a wireless network at my house.  I want to control 1 of the 3 computers
on this network.  The 1 of the 3 is not the wireless router's main computer,
do i purchase 2 license or just 1 and install the realvnc on the computer
which i want to control?  Being that it will be controlled via a web browser,
will i need to have a 2nd license for the 2nd copy of the personal realvnc
program?  Or can i just control the computer on the network from the web via
the installation of the program on the computer which i want control?
