VNC isn't using Java server. It just acts as a simple HTTP server
to serve the first page and Java applet. That doesn't make it a Java
server.
On the other hand, you need to make sure that both ports 5900 and
5800 can be accessed from Internet (if you're having a router). Maybe
you might need to read this:
