VPN and Java VNC

Hello,

I have been trying to access my home Java VNC server from my corporate network (at work or using a VPN connection from home) without success.

It works fine outside of my corporate network.

I thought that using the Java server,  it would work.

 I have also changed the port of the Java server from 5800 to 443. No difference.

What  are the port requirements of the Java server? Should it work through a VPN connection?
