Vista Home + Mirror Driver + mandatory reboot

Hi all,

I've tested vnc enterprise and personal editions in all windows vista
flavours (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) and found
out that after installing the mirror driver, you don't need to reboot
in Business and Ultimate. On the other hand, in Home editions reboot
is mandatory (in vncconfig the mirror driver option is greyed out
before rebooting).
I'd like to know why this happens, since the ideal situation for me is
installing vnc without the need to restart the machine.
