ver 4.1.2 - connection problem (WinXP to Vista)

I am using ver 4.1.2 on Vista and WinXP. When I connect from Vista to
XP, it work ok.
When I connect from XP to Vista, it does not connect.
Only Vista's default firewall is enabled.  I addd port 5800 in
Exception tab but no luck. Am i missing any step here.
