Please clear me , I think "dmesg -n4" will disable the error in dmesg
log file not in /var/log/message ??

I got this issue solved with some other way,

Cat vncserver
prctl --fpemu=silent /usr/bin/vncserver $1 $2 $3 $4 $5 $6 $7

The above line has solve my issue. Prctl switch off the log to display.

Thanks to every one. Please reply to my doubt I have asked above.

Gurjit,

FYI, the message you're seeing appears to be an Itanium-specific message
indicating that floating point emulation is being used. These messages
have
nothing to do with VNC. You can disable floating-point emulation
warnings
with "dmesg -n4".
