Double-headed use advice?

Ah, figured it out:

The Xvnc manual page doesn't have the relevant information, but when
you "Xvnc -help" you get a more complete list of command-line options.
What I needed was

  vncserver :<display#> -screen 0 1600x1200x24 -screen 1 1600x1200x24

They listen for vnc clients on ports 5900+display and 6900+display.
I can now run two clients, each in fullscreen mode on the two monitors and
each displaying one screen.

One tiny flaw remains: when I'm working in the secondary screen's vnc
client, the primary screen's one is out of focus, and so even though it's
in fullscreen mode, the Windows menu bar covers the bottom of the
vnc session screen.  I assume that's hopeless.
