HTTPServer: untrapped: End of Stream

We've been running VNC free 4.1.2 on the networks we support, and lately
I've been noticing on the server in the Application Logs a rather cryptic
error message, and google says nothing:

Source WinVNC4
Description: HTTServer: untrapped: End of Stream
 
Anybody know what this is all about?  I've seen it on about 10 different
networks, on 2000 and 2003 servers.
