Queries on rfb 4.0 protocol

Hi Rajeshri,

The current public protocol specification is RFB 3.8.  We have not yet
published the RFB 4.0 protocol specification as yet, draft or otherwise.

I'm not sure what you mean by "encoding used ... for the user name".  Can
you elaborate?
