'Security Type' and 3.3 Viewer

I just had my mom install the personal edition and add the license key.
She ran the realvnc server after adding the login password.

Now, from my end, when I use a purchased version of Vine-Viewer to try
and access hers, I get error message that says
Connection Failed: Authentication Failure - No configured security type
is supported by 3.3 viewer.

since I can no longer access her computer, I can not fix this problem. I
was on it earlier with the free version ...

please explain exactly the process I tell her to correct the situation.
