NT Logon Authentication Overrides Prompt Local Users to Accept connections

If I select No Authentication or VNC Password Authentication, the user
is prompted when a connection attempt is made. 

But when I use NT Logon Authentication the users are not prompted to
accept a connection, the connection happens immediately.

Any ideas
