HELP! I am based in Australia and am trying to hook up with my parents computer in the UK. They have passed me their IP address, but I can't connect to it. When I try the same thing on my laptop it works fine. The thing that's really confusing is that the machine in the UK and my laptop both appear to have the same IP addresses. Can anyone offer advice or directions in easy to follow steps! Thanks.
