VNC server service wont start on Windows 2003 Server

Hi Everyone,

For some reason, the VNC server service on my Win2k3 server wont start.  I 
get the following error while attempting to start the service:

Could not start the VNC Server Version 4 service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in 
a timely fashion.
