Can't connect to localhost

The last unrelated error in the Event View was about 2:08pm Pacific time,
and I was doing the testing close to 3:00pm Pacific time.  So there are no
logged errors in the Windows Event Viewer pertaining to the VNC testing I
was doing.

Does the Windows Event Viewer show any logged errors?
